I went through several reviews and questions and still not clear of the use case to convince myself that YES I MUST BUY IT. \u000a\u000aWHAT\u000aOver the years I have purchased several hundreds of Appsumo LTD offers and some do have monthly subscriptions on them for additional new features. Besides that there are several other apps, domains and softwares we pay monthly or annual subscriptions. \u000a\u000aCHALLENGE\u000a1) So the issue we have is my team and I are not always upto speed on several apps we own and what they do even though we have listed them in google drive. I agree it is my problem however it is possible several sumolings are in same boat as they too got hundreds of these shiny toys collecting dust. \u000a\u000a2) Some of the LTD apps we purchased have closed down and sometimes we come to know too late about it. We need constant tracking to know if app accessibility is lost. \u000a\u000a3) my team and I would love to capture all our apps/software/domains etc somewhere along with what each of them do using say TAGS so we can do keyword search to find app we could use. \u000a\u000aCan LicenseOne help? Hey Saveinstant,\u000a\u000aThanks for your detailed question 🙂 For your use case, there are a few points to cover.\u000a\u000aWhat LicenceOne will do:\u000aDetect all the LTDs that you have previously paid for\u000aDetect all the LTDs that your employees have logged into\u000aDetect all the subscriptions, how much you pay, and how often you pay (monthly, yearly etc.)\u000aShow all of the apps that are used in your company\u000aWhat LicenceOne can\u0027t do:\u000aDetect if the LTD you paid for is still valid\u000aDetect if the app that was on LTD is still live or accessible\u000aAs far as customisable categories / tags go, this is something that we\u0027re waiting on user feedback for before we prioritise it on our product roadmap.
