Hi LightX team, My API key is not working when I try to use the LightX API. Lack of follow up?
Could you please confirm the correct setup steps and what I should check first?
Specifically:
Where do I find the correct API key inside my LightX account? Does the AppSumo License Tier include API access, or is API access only available on a separate paid plan? Are there any required headers, endpoint format, or authentication steps I need to follow? If the API returns an error, which status code or message should I look for to identify the problem? Can you share a simple working example request?
I will not post my API key publicly, but I can share the error message or account/order details privately if needed.
