Q: Hi there - I've been comparing you guys to suitedash and saw that you guys have things like sms, voice and ...
cold email marketing which are major pluses to me.
They are pushing having an app which sounds good and have a great U/X compared to the videos that I've seen on the videos. So my questions are:
1. Do you guys plan on offering an app?
2. Can clients access the account for project views and make project requests?
3. Will you guys be upgrading your U/X as it honestly doesn't look the best right now?
4. I've been seeing a lot of questions around your customer service not being very good which is a major red flag for me and wanted to know what you were going to do about this?
Please answer in numbered order, thanks!

May 15, 2024A: Hi, SuiteDash is awesome and I am sure their app is much like their platform. We have an app coming in Q3/Q4 along with our eCommerce module and we are excited about that. There will not be a charge AS customers to white label that app either and will include our softphone.
Yes, you can have your clients access your projects, collaborate and share all their documents directly in projects, tasks and sub tasks.
No doubt, our UX/UI has been a selfish one to date. Prior to AS, our agency customers are very involved in many areas of our business and we do extensive onboardings with them. So what we think makes sense is not always the best way and we learned that really quick the past 2 weeks. But again, that is the ROI that I am able to achieve because this community literally has the best insight on technology and there is no doubt I have reached a massive return on knowledge from AS customers. Could not be any more fortunate.
Lastly, those are all solid concerns. If the UI/UX was so intuitive, you would not be having this conversation with us, because that would mean I have surpassed my time on AS, collected the valuable feedback from our customer, deployed those amazing ideas and changes, and this deal would not longer be a thought, ha! But all seriousness, with the latest updates and rolling out the backbone to our API last weekend, our team was pushed to the extreme and I am very proud of them being able to handle as much as they did, without any system failures or downtime with all the calls going on, users request, massive tests on the system, etc., I think week over week we are going to get better and better on support.
You may decide to refund or not buy, but I assure you, you will not leave upset with our attitude and effort my friend!
