Hello, I’ve emailed multiple times, tried support chat, and still haven’t received a response. Looking at the roadmap, development seems to have stalled.

Is Ligna still being developed and supported?

It could be a great alternative to other marketing automation platforms, but without knowing if there’s long-term support, I can’t hinge my business on it.

The last blog post is from January 2024, and your social presence is inactive. The only recent sign is a YouTube video by Jon Aguilar from last month, so there’s hope! I'd love to see some regular updates on some of these platforms.

As we approach the end of the year, a “state of Ligna” post on the blog and social with 2024 accomplishments and future plans would be a nice thing to see as a kickoff to this refreshed engagement with your customer base.
