Q: We are experiencing trouble with the voice drop feature.

We recorded sample voice recordings in both WAV and MP3 files however when we drop the message in a recipient's voicemail box, the message loses several seconds at the beginning of the message.

I've been trying to reach out to someone in Ligna for support but no luck. My domains haven't been operational since Friday including my main portal one. I tried re-adding it but no luck. I've tried reaching out through LinkedIn, direct email to the only one I had (Jon's) and even scheduled a Demo to see if someone noticed but it was a no-show. Anyone knows any email that actually replies? I have two clients that have websites from my Ligna portal and both aren't working out of no where and it has been days already. Thanks

Hello, I’ve emailed multiple times, tried support chat, and still haven’t received a response. Looking at the roadmap, development seems to have stalled. Is Ligna still being developed and supported? It could be a great alternative to other marketing automation platforms, but without knowing if there’s long-term support, I can’t hinge my business on it. The last blog post is from January 2024, and your social presence is inactive. The only recent sign is a YouTube video by Jon Aguilar from last month, so there’s hope! I'd love to see some regular updates on some of these platforms. As we approach the end of the year, a “state of Ligna” post on the blog and social with 2024 accomplishments and future plans would be a nice thing to see as a kickoff to this refreshed engagement with your customer base. Looking forward to hearing back!
