Finally we have a platform that come through that is designed specifically with digital agencies in mind - we have had a few platforms that offer similar features but were not niche enough to really be much real world use for this specific use case.

After spending some time tinkering on Saturday afternoon - I can say this platform is pretty solid and includes everything needed to scale an agency.

I am super impressed with Jon's hands on approach and the fact he is on chats, speaking with the new intake really shows this platform is founded and run by someone who understands how to scale up quickly. In case you don't know - that is simply by speaking to your customers, listening to their concerns, creating resources to bridge knowledge gaps to prevent churn and empowering people to succeed.

Jon is one of the few founders that not only brings us a world-class deal without limitations but also respects the community. Unfortunately since 2017 we have been plagued with founders who see Sumolings as a burden and as such many deals have gone south. This is not Appsumo or the Sumolings fault - this is because the founders did not frame the opportunity Appsumo presents - which is get access to feedback from power users which will help them accelerate their progress 100x faster.

Jon can see the value and reciprocating this to us by working at lightspeed to patch up those knowledge gaps and get us up and running on the Ligna platform. Its also great to see that he is working out the USA - I am not American but I work in this market and it provides me huge faith going onwards.

Overall the platform itself a blank canvas that requires some elbow grease to setup but at this price for the value, functionality and power it presents - this is more than fair. If you are already making money, this thing will provide you with an integrated suite of tools to do exactly what it says on the tin.

The UI is good enough and everything seems to work so far - this is a more than satifactory starting point considering the founders energy and engagement levels.
