Great App with so much Potential; this could be better with a Solid Support Team
The number of features Ligna offers made my purchase decision an easy one; it is an all-in-one system solo entrepreneur or digital marketers aspire.
I love the product, especially the idea behind it.
The challenge so far has been in the steep learning curve Ligna comes with. The knowledge base, for now, only contains introductory information about major topics; somehow, I felt people who are familiar with how each components work can only effectively use Ligna.
As much as I would love to continue using Ligna, I am close to starting a refund for my purchase; I could not use the product because of the lack of support. They have not responded to all the support tickets I have sent so far; my oldest ticket is 10 days old now.

Most tickets revolve around domain adds and we actually released a new domain module to allow you to add your own domains! This will take the burden off support significantly.
