Wow! What a feature-rich software that has been created by the team at Ligna! We'd give more than 5 tacos if we could!

Their CRM is incredibly powerful and perfect for your sales team to follow up on leads and convert from prospects to clients, with different methods of contact, with call queue capability, VOIP and SMS. GAME-CHANGER!!!!

Ligna is easy to understand, has videos galore, it looks aesthetically pleasing and finally..capable of being ready to go in a matter of hours (depending on your team's need at the time). Jon and David, your product knowledge and enthusiasm for your product is outstanding!

We’ve tried a few all-in-one CRM's on appsumo and this is by far the best, all of which we’ve had to refund as it wasn't where we needed it to be. We’ve just added another code and will look to add more in the future (before the deal is gone)!

And with the likes of Zapier, Zoom and other features being added in Feb/March, including replies in the CRM from clients and time zone changes (before the end of the deal), Ligna is proving to be an absolute game-changer for us that require a few extra steps/apps to make our lives easier.

They also have white label marketing offers (outside of AS deal) which looks incredibly powerful and value-rich.

And gf course, being a part of the Ligna Facebook group there have been so many great ideas from appsumo users that have been added to their roadmap.

Quick re-cap of products that we would like to see in the future:
- Draft mode for emails in the CRM
- See replies from clients/prospects in the CRM (I understand this is coming early Feb)
- Time zone change (early Feb, or by the end of the deal)
- The ability for dropdown/copy/recently used form fields in the data forms - so it's not
a repetitive task.
- Survey capability - need more info in the data form area for questions, etc.
- Course (area) update - the ability to create it like other e-learning systems that have (video/gamification/surveys/certificates) - understand this is on the roadmap
- Ability to make information private in the system (I've spoken to Jon about this) and potentially this could be done on the collab side.
- Connection with Xero - unsure if this is in the roadmap
- WordPress - unsure if this is in the roadmap
- Webchat option - understand it’s expensive and not on the roadmap yet
