One code, Two code, then Full Stack
I am still wrapping my arms around this one.
Honestly, I have purchased MANY CRMs over the years, but am still using my monthly paid CRM because NONE of them have lived up to my expectations. This is a CRM on steroids because it also includes much more than a CRM. I don't really even know what to call it.
I hope I'm not wrong about Ligna because at first, I bought ONE code, then I bought a SECOND code, and now that I've watched the onboarding video, I'm fully stacking in hopes that I'll be able to make this the last CRM that I ever buy.
If the promises of future full HIPAA compliance (please with a Business Associate Agreement because I cannot use it without this feature), full customization capability, and the workflows (which they call cadences) actually work for me, then I'll be replacing:
CRM ($99 a month)
Email service (I am using a LTD)
Voicemail drop service ($60 per 1000)
SMS service (I am using my VOIP but purchased a LTD earlier)
Help Desk (I am using a LTD but need to add a seat at $40 per month)
VOIP service ($39 per month because, sadly, PhoneWagon was purchased and it's successor doesn't work for me)
and more because I haven't even touched the surface of their training videos
Even though I've only watched one of the onboarding videos, I'm a bit overwhelmed. But I'm also very excited.
If this pans out, then I'll have broken even in about 5 months.
But if Ligna doesn't pan out, then I'll be disappointed once again. I will be forced to write a country song about my continuing to meet what I think is my new CRM love, but then I find out what the reality really is... It will be the saddest country song you've ever heard. I hope I never have to write it.
