Is it possible to get the unlimited characters through the offer on the web?
I know you're saying I did not have a question sitting, but I did. I asked a question August 3. You did answer it the next day. I then asked a follow up and I didn't get an answer until the 8th and it was an inane answer that didn't have anything to do with the question I asked. and I asked another on August 4th and didn't get an answer until August 8th. And I asked this question again several times here and you again didn't answer.
This is kind of concerning behavior. I am not trying to be difficult, but why is it so difficult to get an answer to this simple question?
A: I answer all questions I can understand, yours I can not. The unlimited shortcut is smth that cannot exist on the web -- everything has its limits. I can lift all limits on the shortcut, but then you will try to insert it elsewhere and this website won't allow you, and you will blame me. If you do not want to hear the honest answer, this is not my fault, really.
Q: Hey,
1) How is this different to 'Shortcuts' that comes with our Linquix LTD from AppSumo?
2) The Chrome extension limits you to using this on websites on the desktop. Do you have plans to implement a way for people to use text expansion on their mobile devices and native desktop applications and also keep snippets synced, like textexpander.com does?
It has a built in AI for paraphrasing + rich editor. For Turbo, no plans for mobile keyboards yet, it is too expensive for us to afford. But Linguix for Android has shortcuts
Q: I asked if I could upgrade to the unlimited version via the offer on the web and you said this:
"There is ...
nothing really unlimited on the web, every tech has its own hard limits. For Turbo we've chosen to make shortcuts no longer than 20k characters, which is more than enough and it is technically unlimited for this purpose."
I was referring to the unlimited characters in the Shortcuts.
This is what I have been trying to find out since August 3rd.
To clarify even further, I'm talking about the difference listed in the tiers. Tier 1 is 20K characters. Tier 2 is unlimited. Considering that I mentioned the 20K limit as part of my questions, I'd have thought it was obvious what I meant when I asked about the unlimited option.
Q: Any hope of getting answers to our remaining questions before the clock runs out?
Q: Bummer!
I missed this deal! Any plans to be back on Appsumo?

Q: I'm going to try one more time.

Sorry, but I had a question sitting unanswered for 4 days when I asked this.
