- It keeps asking me to install the keyboard and go to settings. I did open the button to show the green light, but the app goes into a loop and asks me to do the same, no matter what result it shows. Please update all versions of OS.
- I redeemed AppSumo codes in late 2020 and early 2021 for lifetime Pro + team access. Everything worked until June 2025, when my plan was suddenly marked as expired. I contacted support with full receipts, codes, and screenshots, but after one generic reply on July 4, they’ve gone completely silent despite multiple follow-ups. Has anyone here been able to get their lifetime plan restored recently? Not sure if support is still active or honoring legacy accounts.

- How big is your team? You say no plans alot for features and fixes, I thought the point of appsumo was to get feedback. I'm curious if you're going to get a roadmap together and increase your team for more velocity?
