Q: Languages include English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, and Polish?

Before writing a negative review, I'm hoping to get some answers from the Linguix team here since they seem more responsive than through support:
- Why do I only have English as a writing language in the iOS app when it is specified on this sales page "Languages include English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, and Polish"? What's more, only with a QWERTY keyboard, which is unmanageable in France (also note that the app hasn't been updated for 3 years, is that normal?)
- Why isn't anyone answering me? I wrote by email, via your contact form... nothing, no response, is this serious?

Per your questions: our main apps are browser extension and the web app. All new features get there first. Mobile keyboards are not in the main focus right now, we are a small team and cannot stretch ourselves to it right now. We were not yet able to test other languages support on mobile, but we will when we have resources.
