Did you ever offer the PRO version on AppSumo__?

Will you sometime in the future offer the PRO VERSION or is this one it and no higher version is available?

I redeemed AppSumo codes in late 2020 and early 2021 for lifetime Pro + team access. Everything worked until June 2025, when my plan was suddenly marked as expired. I contacted support with full receipts, codes, and screenshots, but after one generic reply on July 4, they’ve gone completely silent despite multiple follow-ups. Has anyone here been able to get their lifetime plan restored recently? Not sure if support is still active or honoring legacy accounts.
