What does Link Cheetah do that other tools like Ranwatch don't do? It is a serious question as I am sure with it being a specialist link related tool there must be some pretty deep diving, and so would really appreciate some help with that.

I'm not familiar with Rankwatch, but I just visited their website and could not really figure out what it does in terms of monitoring links.
What LINKCheetah does:
- Monitor your complete link profile
- Monitor any changes links dofollow to nofollow, index to not index and so on
- Complete page insight and anchor text distribution

There are lots of tools that will give you a free analysis on a daily basis like ahrefs without having to pay for that. Also, if you got SERPSTAT you're set.
