I bought LinkDog this summer. Shortly after the refund window closed (September 22), the site began showing server errors (500/522), impossible to access the platform. I contacted support twice (to Arun) and followed up with a detailed message asking whether the project is still maintained, what caused the outages, and an ETA for a fix, but no reply.
I understand a product may be discontinued if it doesn’t find an audience, but the lack of communication here is unacceptable and clearly feels like a cash grab.
Software is supposed to make your life easier not harder...
I was under the impression that this software automatically pulled all the backlinks from my websites when I loaded them, but I was wrong. Nothing appears, and it seems like you have to do a lot of manual work to track all your backlinks. SEMDash, which was a deal on AppSumo, is way better. I don't understand the benefits of this software at all. Very disappointing.

You are right, Software is supposed to make your life easier. That's our aim too. We just had a major issue on the server where we have to change the service provider and changed the server and everything is fine now. Please check your account its still active. We have restarted the engine it should work fine.
It didn't show the link information - it only showed links as errors. Their website has no contact form or contact area so I could not ask for advise or trouble shoot. I asked a question on Appsumo and 24 hours later there was no response from the owner.

LinkDog is exactly what I was searching for, it does what it promises and works flawlessly so far. The user interface is clean and well-organized, and the platform runs very smoothly. I really like that links are crawled correctly and even checked for indexation. I also immediately received an email notification when one of my links went offline, which is super helpful.
I had to contact support about one issue, and I got a quick response and a solution right away.
All in all, I can highly recommend LinkDog to anyone who wants to reliably track their links.
