Q: Hello Linke.
I purchased the product and really like it. I agree with everyone that it's an amazing deal for all that we get! The website is beautiful. I even love your logo/font. I have interacted with support to report things that were not working and they were fixed quickly. However, I cannot find any information about your company that will allow me to make decisions about whether to recommend this to others. Information like where is your company located or registered, how long it's been in business, team size, etc. I don't mind taking the risk for myself but when recommending a tool to others or using it for a client, this information is very important because, once many links are being shared, it is very important that they remain active for a very long time (imagine the consequences of a link that is shared in hundreds of posts suddenly not working, and then multiply that by 10, 20, 30 or more links. Chaos!). The team size is important because anyone can get sick or have an accident. It is important that someone continues the work. I don't see anything other than a Twitter account that has like two tweets from a year ago and your website says 'linketo llc' but no address, no country, etc. Do you have a facebook group, a slack, discord, etc? any community? where can I see your roadmap? Again, I wish Linke all the success, but I'd like to know more about Linke.to Thanks

May 15, 2024A: Hello Wrestler,
First, thank you for your compliments and your feedbacks 🙏
As for your concerns, yes, we understand them, and they are legitimate
To begin,
Linke is exactly 1 year old, well 1 year and some days old
At the beginning, linke was intended to be a URL shortening service that detects the state of the original link and the possible buzz of the shortened link and notify its owner in case of problem.
We are a small team of 4 enthusiasts, but in one year of service, we have gone through 3 versions of the service, we have added and improved dozens of features and tools and never the service has been slow or down except for a small mishap caused by a scammer that led to the banning for an hour by browsers, but that has served as a lesson in our moderation of links.
Our little team has always focused on the improvements and stability of the service and has omitted the marketing aspect of the thing (social networks, etc.) but we'll get to it
For the rest, we are building our "about" page and our blog, which should better answer your concerns.
For the roadmap, the current one is at this address :
