I wanted to like Linke. I gave it a shot for a few months in hopes that some of the bugs and quirks would be worked out. My primary cause for concern is that the developers/ support team is non-responsive. I had an initial inquiry with the team when I had difficulty connecting my domain and they helped out in a timely fashion - thanks! Unfortunately, when I got further into the platform and started working on actual use-cases for clients, I learned that the platform is not reliable and they no longer respond to support inquiries making me think this is yet another abandoned AppSumo tool.

I've written numerous emails to the support team seeking resolution to a few bugs and suggesting some desirable features and they have just stopped responding.

Specifically, some of the issues I encountered and remain unresolved:

1) Instagram feed doesn't work.

2) I frequently receive an "Error" message upon image upload (profile photo, background photo, etc). I think there is probably an image upload limit for good reason but there is currently no indication of recommended file size / dimensions/ limits for these areas and the current generic error notification doesn't help to clarify the issue. If I were to share edit access with clients (as the platform purports possible) then they would have no idea what the issue is when trying to upload and would inevitably lead to a great deal of confusion and frustration.

3) I'm not able to center text on button links when using the "Card" layout. This makes the page look sloppy since all of the other content is center aligned. Oddly enough, the preview in edit mode actually shows the button text as centered but it doesn't display that way on the front end for some reason.

4) The image gallery slider is a nice module/ feature however there are no layout or organization options (grid, masonry, etc). Relatedly, without the ability to hyperlink any of these images, it is quite limited/ useless in function.

5) The UI needs improvement. At a minimum, they really need to add some tooltips or additional guidance to many of the features since it's not clear what many functions actually do! This is especially true once clients get access to their Linke.

These are just a few of the things I brought up in my support requests but have not received any responses.
