I purchased Tier 3 in the high hopes. As soon as I try to activate, there system will not email me to verify my email address. Emailed support with no answer so far.

As a follow-up: Apparently it was Yahoo that was causing the issue. It is now since been resolved with support. Thank You support for taking care of this.

As much as I want this software to succeed, it’s simply not usable in its current state. I may update this review if things improve, but right now the problems are too serious to recommend it.

1. Reliability issues
- The inbox doesn’t work. Emails are not synced, and because of that, follow-ups never get sent. This is a major issue!
- Campaigns and credits are broken. I spent 600 credits on 60 leads for one simple keyword. Result? Zero(!) prospects shown, all credits gone.
- Even when prospects are found, the numbers are off (ask for 50, get 40), and the quality is low. Marking mismatches is pointless since the same prospects show up again in new future campaign, so you keep marking the same poor prospects as a mismatch. Credits vanish fast.

2. Poor user experience
- The UI is confusing and unintuitive. Key functionality, such as keyword logic, is unclear (AND/OR, exclusivity, etc.).
- Campaigns can’t be upgraded once created. Why not?
- Basic functions break often. Eg data sometimes displays incorrectly until you refresh, and even something simple as the sign-in button doesn’t work on mobile phones...

3. Support is nonexistent
The chat claims 12-hour response times. In reality, I’ve waited over a week with zero replies on multiple messages. This is a huge red flag.

4. No documentation
There's no way to understand what everything does and mean, because there is essentially no documentation available.

5. Misleading reviews
Most of the glowing 5-star reviews exist because the platform offers extra credits for posting reviews, right after purchasing from AppSumo. That explains the disconnect between the hype and reality.

Positives:
The concept is solid, and the email tracking works. But that’s nowhere near enough for a tool that claims to deliver high-quality leads and backlinks.

Bottom line:
Great idea, terrible execution. Unless things drastically improve, don’t waste your money.

If you’re serious about building backlinks without wasting time, Linkee is absolutely worth it. It’s become one of those tools I don’t want to work without.
