I've been emailing Rachel@linkhelp. I haven't been able to use it for the last week, but not getting any response. I went into their website under chat and it says the last time it was active was back in July 2024. Is anyone having issues adding connections on LinkedIn?

I heard back from Rachel. she mentioned that she's submitted the issue to their tech team, but nothing else. She also confirmed she will personally ensure it's resolved
Q: I'm interested but I wonder whether the software automatically stops working when given a warning?
For example, let's say the I set it up and then stepped away for a few days. If I get a warning and don't see it, what happens? Do I just get another warning? Or does the software pause my campaigns?
