Q: I purchased this product twice.
The first time, I was able to white label it and add a tracking code. However, the second time, these features were disabled and I was asked to upgrade. Explain please why can't I use custom tracking code and remove your link at the bottom if the product I purchased the second time is the same product I purchased the first time, which has full functionality?
