The saying "You get what you pay for" certainly holds true in the case of LinkHub. I appreciate the features it provides for the price, but their customer support is lacking. There were a couple of discrepancies between the advertised and delivered product features:
- Access to customization options, a custom domain, and advanced analytics.
- The ability to remove their branding link at the bottom for a white label, which was previously permitted in another bio profile purchase.

Unfortunately, I couldn't use the custom domain and white label features as anticipated. Consequently, I can only give them a 3-star review. If the customer support prioritizes the customer's needs instead of focusing solely on making quick sales through platforms like AppSumo, this product will continue to be perceived as a low-budget option.
