Poor Customer Support and System Issues
I faced issues with a link management service that did not show my link exchange requests. The support team's response was slow and unhelpful, advising me incorrectly to log in with someone else’s email. They also mentioned a problem with my website without explaining what was missing or how to fix it. This has been frustrating as it hinders my ability to manage link exchanges effectively. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to inadequate support and system reliability.
I purchased a plan allowing for 250 requests per month, but with only about 1800 websites available—and even fewer relevant ones—the utility is limited. The customer support was slow and unhelpful, making it frustrating to resolve issues. Overall, I found that purchasing anything beyond the basic plan is not worth the money due to these shortcomings.

The issue is not with the link management services but the fact that your link exchange requests didn't get a response back.
Apologies for the confusion in the email I sent where I asked you to login with someone else's email, Amit corrected in our next email.
Regarding the problem with your site, I had fixed it at my end.
Looks like you haven't received any replies from the folks you have interacted with.
There could be a lot of reasons for the same but here are a couple of them as per your scenario.
sncleaningservices.co.uk/ - Low DA of 12 and Less than 5k monthly traffic, Niche because it is focused on UK websites
bacakomikid.com/ - The site DR is 53 but a traffic of Zero monthly visits, That makes users feel that the site DR has been bumped up artificially. It's not me, it's what most users would feel seeing this pattern.
For someone with a low DA/DR website like yours, I would recommend to start with
->Free Guest Blogs - Try to get featured in guest blogs of better websites
->Pillow Links (upcoming) - Build quality links to give your DA /DR a quick boost by getting featured in public portals.
