Your assumption is perfectly right. The suggestions would be "inaccurate" without a language being fully supported, but the plugin would work for the most part.

We can confirm that we are planning to add more languages to our plugin soon, and Dutch has been added to our list of potential languages. However, we plan to prioritize languages with a larger user base first. If we are able to implement multiple languages at the same time, Dutch may be included with the others.

Hi,
I'm assuming the link suggestions need language support to be able to score posts using AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP). So if a language isn't supported the suggestions wouldn't work. Please correct me if I'm wrong?
BTW the Dutch economy is the 17th largest in the world. Just a point for you to consider ;-)
