Not convinced. Needs more work

Right now, this is not as good as it could be.

I was expecting it to scan my articles, "understand" what they are about, and then make sensible suggestions to each article.

Unfortunately, their AI does not actually understand what articles are about at all. It seems to really just rely on the keywords or alternative keywords you give articles to figure out if a link should be placed. Then maybe matches them to a few similar words.

It means you end up with some really weird links that don't make sense, or where the anchor text makes no sense to what it's linking to.

This might be interesting in a year or so, if they can get it working properly with AI that actually "understands" what articles are about. Right now, it just doesn't perform as advertised.

Ultimately you are better off understanding your own articles and linking sensibly manually. And that's probably going to take you the same amount of time as well.

Also, the UI is pretty terrible and confusing. There are way too many screens and too many places to do things. It could do with a massive re-imagining of the UI to make it easier to use. And it is quite hard to ACTUALLY use once you are on the correct screen, because the font is so large and the window to work in is so small.

I do think this could go somewhere, but I would look at it again in a year if it was still on AppSumo then.

For the most part, I'm not sure you're reviewing Linksy. If there are things you need to be better, we would love you to write to us and your expectations are guaranteed. So far we've made progress because of some great users.

I see you want a plugin that understands what a post is about. Yes, Linksy does that with the GenAI keywords feature. You're able to automate that and it gets topics related to the post. You're able to automate getting links to the posts.

Then you must understand that link building has many schools of thought, and we stand in the middle, and have provided every user with the tool to use the way they want.

Our Semantic system goes beyond this box of exact match keyword as we understand internal link should at most be contextual.

Manual labour, as you have imagined is not feasible when you have more than 100 posts, right?

Our automation system is able to link sensibly without you spending one minute and a lot of people rely on this.

Now, to UI: I agree there are a few things to do right and we've made some adjustments we're releasing in a few weeks for better user experience.
