When you run Turbo, what causes "No snippet found."

Oct 1, 2024A: It could be the the AI struggled to get a fitting suggestion from the snippet. You can use the regenerate button to fix another paragraph for it.

It would be helpful if you expanded your support. Before coming back to AppSumo to see if anyone else had encountered similar issues, I reviewed the FAQ section of the website, looked at the 8 articles in the guide section, and watched the YouTube videos. None of them addressed anything with snippets.
You can easily chat with us on the site for any help.
Please note that the snippet was released yesterday, along with a video guide sent to users. We also mentioned that they could reply directly to the email if they needed any help.
And yes, we will add updates where necessary.
