Please have some respect for your elders I am a human being, and no one now days should have to go through all this, when purchasing and buying a product from someone on the internet! I purchased a Tier 1 and had issues activating my account. I sent a message through your chat, and I emailed support@getlisten2it.com. Someone closed my ticket without fixing my issue. Please have someone activate my account or send me a link so I can try to get an activation code again. I even changed my email and password as intruded to do. I asked Sumo support for help, and they refunded my Listen2It and did not give me my money back when I told them to fix my activation so I could get into my account. Then I bought another Tier from Listen2It and the same thing happed offer again. Sumo locks you out off your activation and refund and tells you to contact support. The below is what Sumo does to you, they have no right to lock anyone out from being able to activate a product that they purchased. Uh-oh! There's been an issue activating your product. Please shoot us an email at support@appsumo.com for help. Automatic refunds temporarily disabled Guac is always extra, but amazing Sumo-ling Support is free! Please email our Support team at support@appsumo.com and they'll be happy to process your refund. App Sumo your system is broken, your activations is broken, your refund is broken! Please get your refund system fixed it has been a problem now for a long time! And it sucks why should I have to continually go to support to get a refund? You have a refund program in two places in the product area and it is available for each product (but, but, but, the push able buttons don’t work) fix the refund buttons! I am sick of have to go to support for something as simple as getting a refund! App Sumo you take our money with one click please respect us your customers and give us your customers a refund with one click of the refund button (or remove the refund button, but please do something)!

And the first thing I (Douglas A Werner) did was, go to my Listen2It in my App Sumo account on photographer_artist@yahoo.com. When I tried to activate (Listen2It) from my order in my account in App Sumo a pop up came on the screen saying please see the below statements for more information on this. Apologies for the trouble caused. As we have discussed over email, the problem seems to be at Appsumo end and not at Listen2It end. That aside, happy to offer a complimentary account in case you want to use Listen2It.

Two questions >>
1. I read somewhere you can only choose ONE voice for the whole blog..., but if we use API can we control this? We'd love to have our dev be able to give users like a drop down option of U.S. male voice or female voice preselected by us and they can choose which one then hit play... I really think that users would like this.
2. Also, are the deals stackable? Can we get 2 plans and stack them in ONE WP site?
With our Appsumo deal now over, we will be soon getting into pricing optimization to ensure long term profitability of the product. Have taken this as a bug, thanks for highlighting this.
We will be using Azure services to power custom voices. It will be a manual process where you will need to provide 1-20 hours of audio for creating a new speech model.
