An old commercial had this catch phrase "Where's the beef?". Basically, Listener.fm does a GREAT job with transcription and the notes and summaries. Making titles, needs work. I dont need a 10 word title. While I could upload a video podcast, it only gave me audio results....and I Couldn't really do anything with them. For example, it marked 10 spots in the audio that were good points and gave timecode. But that's all it did. It didn't let me extract just that point. And it only gave the start time.
For example, around 8 minute mark, we talked about a specific sickness and that segment was maybe 4 minutes long. So Listener.fm found a good start point but no end point and I couldnt clip out and export that section so I could share. And of course it would be better if it would do video clips.
Other than that, for it being in its early stages, it's great.
I'm using this to process and manage podcasts and it cuts down a lot of work by providing transcription, summaries, timestamps and a number of other tools that streamlines one of the hardest workflows in managing a podcast.
