I was impressed with the voice quality, but had a bit of an issue getting the pronunciation/inflection correct for a certain word. I contacted support, and while I didn't get a response *immediately*, they did respond, and they did follow through, and they did give me a 'tweak' to the way the word was written that forced the correct outcome. So over all, I am happy with the product, the support, and happy to give it 5 tacos.
