Writing to bring your attention as I could not get reply through your email id. Hello Team at Live2.Social , I have purchased Live2.Social using AppSumo for $79 (Invoice attached). I tried to use it only Smart Phone , while using on my Redmi Note 11T5G smart phone, I thought it works like awesome. TO my surprise I could not use basic functionality for which I purchased. Please understand my concerns. 1. I am not able to type to customize text or lower thirds as keyboard pops up and its not working well or stream keys or for any kind of work that requires key board using smart phone has become headache / difficult too. 2. I tried to connect social media accounts (It did not do Facebook verification on the spot. I tried yesterday night and this morning I got notification on Fb. This morning I tried to connect FB, Youtube , Instagram along with Local video file mode to Go live. I could not Go Live. I tried to use only few social media destinations , but it did not work . I tried one destination, it did not work for any social media. It is showing error message " Preparing , please wait" . That message is not going even after waiting for minutes together .(Attached Screenshot) 3. I dont have Tablet, I only have laptop and smart phone. I searched whether it can work on Laptop , but could not find any reliable information on that. Can you please let me know whether I can use laptop instead of tablet , if so can you share where Can I download software to use on my Windows 10 laptop. I am confused whether I should claim REFUND from AppSumo but I liked the options . I wanted to use this software and if you can figure out a solution for me, it will be great help.
