Follow-up on Merge with Streann, What about Appsumo-ers?
Hello team,
I missed the earlier communications regarding the merger with Streann. When I checked AppSumo, I noticed a response from @Gio_StreannMediaInc. I followed his suggestion and reached out to the team at Streann via email.
However, it has been almost two weeks, and I haven't received a response. Is there an alternative email address I can use to contact them, other than studio@streann.com?
This disappeared completely for android and no form of communication was sent out to explain what happened. Now the website doesn't even exist yet they are pushing their other product here on appsumo Streann.

Hi Leon,
We did not disappear, several emails were set out to let the community know we were merging Live2Social with Streann Studio. We moved people to Studio at no additional cost to them.
If you have not been moved over we would be happy to do so.
I can live stream using two iPhones and an iPad. The app is stable and easy to use.
I use the iPad in director mode, but I think using the iPhone in director mode is a bit narrow and difficult to operate. The quality of the iPad camera is not fine, but I can also use the in-camera to show myself in director mode.
I found this easier and better than using expensive switching equipment.
On rare occasions the connection does not work and I have to restart the app.
Switching the app will lose the connection, so I need to make sure not making calls or anything else during live.
I find it easier to use than PC based services, but the main problem is that the connection is lost when switching between apps.

I bought this 2 or 3 weeks ago and I registered the product. Never got the login sent to me, nothing works. Worst of all, I have emailed the company twice...Nothing. I emailed Appsumo twice...Nothing besides the automated we got your email response. If I don't get a response from this post I will have no choice but to return the software.

I really wanted this to work for me, I really did. Camera connection issues and the feedback during recording is terrible - high pitched hum on all of the videos when two phones connected. The file format of the downloaded videos does not show up in Gallery on Android or Photos on iPhone - the get the files you have to connect to a computer and that is not feasible. Initiating refund.
