I had high hopes for this as it looks awesome. The interface is really easy to use but I couldn't find any settings for external audio, and there's no documentation. This isn't clear when you buy it and it really should be. Sumolings aren't amateurs! We need better control.

So your audio is limited to whatever mic is on your (or your interviewees) phone. Lack of external audio control is a big one. Seller's suggestion seems to be, hey upgrade to Stream at $x per month.

I emailed studio@streann.com on 1 Dec 2022 for help but no response.

I feel like this product is just a lead magnet, and should be a free app since it's clear they're they're using it to upsell their bigger products. Not that impressed.
