Q: Hello- I see most of these features on crisp chat's free plan.

How is this different from crisp? the only difference I see is the facebook comments in live agent.

Can you please mention why live agent would be helpful?

A: Hey there Crips seems like a very interesting product however they lack most of our core functionality like Email ticketing or Call center.

Wow, I checked out Crisp chat and it looks amazing. Modern UI, unlimited websites, 2 seats for free (4 seats for only $25), knowledge base is multilingual, email campaigns included... Damn, I'm not sure if I will keep Live Agent.

Thanks Dave. It actually does have the email ticketing feature. It doesn't have a call center though. Thanks for the reply.

Wow, Crisp looks great. The email management is in the Pro $25/mo plan though but it gives you 4 seats and would be cheaper than the the $78 / mo for 2 more seats from Live Agent.

Hi Sumo-ling,

if you have just 1 website it might fit your needs, but most of our clients has more websites or eventually grow to that point.

There is not a tool that would offer you call center software free of charge on top of help desk solution.

But in the end, it all depends on what you need and how do you see your business in a long-run.
