LiveAgent is a proven product. I was waiting for them or Intercom to show up as an Appsumo deal ... and voila! Here they are.
Granted that is no a stackeable deal but the value is definitely there. Especially if you are a small venture.
I researched the reviews and answers to sumolinger questions before I bought and was satisfied with how LA responded quickly and with a helping hand. Even to deal with special pricing for those folks that require more seats than the two available in the deal.
