This is the first time I wrote a review in AppSumo. This product by Live Agent is awesome. It has support and ticketing system. Through AppSumo, this is a lifetime deal and includes 2 agents slot. You can customize the logo and even the support portal URL to use your own domain. Everything is great. The only thing that can be improved would be the always online agents in the mobile app. Currently, when the app is not opened, it automatically set the agent to inactive which prevents the agent to get any notification from website visitor.
However, I am giving my 5 tacos for well made product. And I am sure a lot of users will need the functionality that I just mentioned. If Live Agent can get that functionality to LIVE then it would be more than 5 tacos.
