I had no intention of purchasing LiveAgent. When I first messed with it on the AppSumo site, it seemed just like a chatbot to engage website visitors. I had a chatbot for me site (ConvertFox), and I replaced it with MobileMonkey when I purchased that AppSumo deal.

When I engaged the customer service rep, I started asking about the functionality and what it could do for me. I learned more about it, and I bit on it for one reason: It had an Android app that would allow me to interact with web visitors when they had a question. Nothing more; nothing less.

After purchasing it, I started understanding more and more about what it could do; how it could grab all kinds of interactions and present them in a way where I can address issues and resolve them.

For me, a solopreneur who has yet to find a good project management tool, I can see how this will help me stay on task. This is by no means a project management app, however, it should help me be able to tie up loose ends.

I am looking forward to learning more about it and launching it on my website.
