Horrible customer service experience
Horrible customer experience from a customer service platform. ironic, they didn't know how to set up the email for AWS? What? and just assumed I did it incorrectly saying you can't send emails to yourself it makes no sense lo...l no S#!t. Then they say let me test. Ok, why didn't you do that from the jump? but ok whatever let get this fixed... Well, I think I found the problem... you think? So no one uses AWS?! oh sorry I have another customer...What the .... nevermind there are plenty of other software for ticketing to bad i can't get a refund.. and the mobile app?? useless.
