I saw a brief webinar on this tool and purchased it right away. I really feel it will save me lots of time being able to see and respond to customer cares and concerns all from one dashboard.
I am new to the tool and am still trying to figure it out but I have planned to attend the upcoming webinar the company is hosting to ask more detailed questions and learn more about it.

As you are pointing out, the time saved by our solution is the biggest benefit and we are happy to see you are aware of that.
We are planning more webinars that will split the software into smaller chunks, so it's not that overwhelming to start off.
