If you have not already purchased this deal you should immediately purchase several codes. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the platform, support team, customer service team, and sales team.
Having been a LONG time ZenDesk and FreshDesk user it was a little rough getting switched over to LiveAgent (mostly because of familiarity). That being said the features and ease of use with LA Desk definitely contend with the more established softwares.
I bought a few codes, very glad I did.
