I have no immediate use for support desk so I thought I don't need this deal, but then I began my research... Live Agent has hundreds of positive reviews on numerous sites and the app is very feature rich. When I compared price of this deal to paying for even a couple of months of their competition I pulled the trigger.

Live Agent has onboarding and very detailed dashboard. Their new material design UI and chat should make it pretty in addition to being functional already. I wish I could stack this deal but it's understandable that it would undermine their business in the long run and I want to see and use Live Agent for many years forward.
