LiveAgent is a very powerful tool and has been on the market for a long time. This is not your typical startup deal and it's definitely worth the money.

I like how you can connect your shopify store to liveagent as well. However, you will need to read the construction and it takes a bit time to make it work. I wish they could push out an app onto the Shopify App market to simplify the process.
