From all the AppSumo Deals I've bought, this is probably the most feature rich & stable software I've ever bought. I've tested LiveAgent a few month back & I actually loved it. Can't remember what held me off. Well this LTD doesn't hold me off that amazing software! Cearly worth 5 Tacos (and more 😜).
However I wish they'll add the possibility to have articles written in multiple languages. It doesn't make sense to have a multilingual knowledgbase showing articles in a diffrent language. The possibility to VideoChat is AMAZING but could get improved by allowing us to Screenshare.

We are definitely in process of implementing multi-brand and multi-language KBs, this is something that is heavily requested in here. Give us some time, we will definitely keep improving this, so you can separate all your stuff.
Regarding the screen sharing, it's in specification, so we are already aware of this request for some time now.
