Loving it, thus far...
I bought this today, about 7 hours ago, actually.
I won't lie. This is the 5th or the 6th helpdesk software that I've used: a couple of freebie ones, a couple of Wordpress ones, ConvertFox, and now this...
The setup was simple. Really simple: the step-by-step walkthrough covered most of the basics and made it so.
I relaise there's a lot that isn't touched, but i had a contact form and a chat box going in under 40 minutes. I even told one of my long-term clients about it and sent him the link to my page (he then had the audacity to use the chat to ask me about it - off the clock and all!).

If you look at the image, I was rebuked.
After I logged-out, I couldn't get back in, so had to log a support ticket.
I live in ICT so there's usually a wait. The good news is, in under 3 hours they came back to me with it solved.
Live Agent looks slick, it's fast, powerful, and I'm looking forward to using it to replace what I'm currently using (I sell digital products and if the cost of LA deters 1 refund because 'your support isn't answering my ticket' - a ticket which somehow never came through - I've had 2 in as many weeks) then it's paid for itself.

p.s. this client who I referred... they currently use Zendesk. One of the problems we had was 'mapping' his user guides and help material to Zendesk's 3-level, rigid structure - let's just say it was an issue.
With Live Agent, I created a category level, a sub-category, then a sub-sub-category in seconds... and it didn't look like it would stop me if I wanted another. The html article editor didn't look like it had the Zendesk restrctions either. Great flexibility.
