Tons of value here, this really is a no-brainer purchase. Many, if not most, competing products cost this per month. I'm still in the process of setting everything up, but it's a very straightforward and easy process. The Voice SIP integration is really cool, definitely a premium feature not found in many competitors products. Live Agent is now my "Go To" app for customer interactions.
