I was very surprised to see Live Agent as a deal on Appsumo. They are very established, very full-featured, and it could go down as one of the best deals Appsumo has ever had.

There is very little not to like. Sure, there are a few options missing in certain modules, and the interface isn't the most slick out of the box, but it's SO powerful and stable. And that's worth something.

If you need a customer support solution, you would be silly to not pick this deal up!
