While we weren't quite ready to add a chat service to our website we would have been foolish to let this deal pass us by! I watched several different videos on YouTube showing the features and reviewing LiveAgent and was more impressed with each video watched. This tool is fully featured and I expect it to add tremendous value to our website and our marketing. The ability to track WHERE leads are coming from in a centralized dashboard will be immensely valuable to us in helping determine where best to spend our marketing budget.
I'm looking forward to integrating this into our website and exploring even more of its capabilities.
