We are launching a new ecommerce site and wanted to add live chat to it. This couldn't have come at a better time! We've looked at Live Agent in the past and in our opinion is the best solution out there in terms of reliability and feature set. The fact that we can use it on multiple websites is stellar since we have 2 sites and a third on the way!

So far we've found it easy to configure and implement into the website. There are many bells and whistles which I'm sure we'll make use of once traffic starts flowing to the website. Very much interested in the connection with Facebook and Twitter.
