Pleasantly Surprised & It Is Unfolding . . . .

I have to say I am loving what I've seen of LiveAgent so far. I haven't got a team of Agents standing by however I'm (1) Thinking ahead to getting a VA (2) Looking to make my website more responsive and encourage people to interact.

LiveAgent was easy to set up and has what I call lots of 'hidden' functionality, for example the mini 'Exit Quiz' upon chat completion, the ability to rate Agents, and inviting customers leave written feedback.

It also tracks Agent's time in terms of workflow; I for example have worked 22 hours and 47 minutes since I purchased it, and have received one customer award!

Being able to link up social media pages makes it easier for me to track conversations and respond in an even more timely fashion.

Although I'm not using LiveAgent in a traditional customer service capacity because I don't have the type of business that requires support tickets, I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for ways to increase your efficiency in keeping up to date with multiple channels of communication.

There's no waiting for basic functions to move off the roadmap. It is fully functioning and ready to go live.

sweet review. Almost 1 day of work time is quite a lot to be honest!

You are taking the best approach (in our opinion) to implement basic customer support/multichannel procedures from early start of any project and grow your support team with the business itself. You would be surprised to see how many of big businesses are approaching us with need of instant implementation of LiveAgent into their already huge business.
