Live Agent will take you to another level. Every business needs a ticket system and this one is POWERFUL.

In a short time, I had live chat on my site, some landing pages, my scheduling system, and a funnel. When business hours are closed, my live chat switches to contact forms automatically. There is an app for my phone so I can help people during the day if needed. (My online business is part-time for income, full time for building a business.) The chat button is customizable and I appreciate that depending on the need.

My business backbone relies on a huge company that starts with g and is used by a good number of people for searching the internets. I use a few alias emails to improve clarity for clients and one of them is 'support @...' after quickly integrating LiveAgent with gsuite, I found that all my email went into the system. This has its place but I don't want that to occur at the moment. I emailed support and they responded with a custom solution based on my needs and desires. Can't beat that.
