I ran across LiveAgent a year ago when looking at chat agents. It was appealing but more than we needed at that time (and not quite where we thought the business plan was going). Fast forward to today, we need 8/10 of these features and the other two give us further room to grow. I started setting up the LiveAgent account today and WOW! So much functionality and so many possibilities. Set up what you need asap and then take the time to let your imagination wander. Your clients will thank you!
