The Super Deal for any businesses
I have to said that LiveAgent is extremely worth every penny.
I will regret if I miss this deal
Pros:
1. Huge feature list that I have never seen at any SaaS. Total shock.
2. Truly stable platform. I cannot find any issue so far.
3. Fast support and responsive.
4. Unlimited Brands support (Multi KB will be available in Q1 2019)
5. All kind of customer support in one place (ticket, live chat, forum, call, KB)
6. Automation as a real marketing automation platform
7. Analytics and report
Cons:
1. Sub-domain cannot be changed (but can use own custom domain)
2. UI with small text and low contrast (hurt my eyes)
3. Lots of tutorials are out-dated

Thanks for the the compliments, regarding your issues:
- sub-domain can be changed, but we recommend to sign-up with proper domain
- did you try our new UI, the material theme?
- good point on tutorials, we didn't have space to change some of them and we definitely plan to do so, but most important for us is to serve our customers, so if you have any problem, just hit us on live chat :)
